New date added! Lasting Powers of Attorney Seminar

Due to the March 27th seminar selling out, we are delighted to invite you to a second seminar covering all aspects of organising your lasting powers of attorney.

It can seem like a daunting thing to think about and many people put off arranging their affairs, potentially until it is too late.

We are looking forward to hearing from Gemma Lock, Head of Business Development at Trinity Homecare Group who will be speaking about navigating care choices. We are also thrilled to be joined by Marc White and Mila Rnjak from Marc White & Co Solicitors who will be speaking about the implacations of not organising your LPAs and having to deal with the Court of Protection.

Along with chartered, independent financial adviser, Richard Higgs talking you through everything you need to know about LPAs, this event will leave you feeling empowered to take control of your affairs.

We will answer questions such as:

  • What is an LPA? Which type of LPA do I need?

  • When should I organise my LPAs?

  • What happens if I don’t have an LPA and I lose capacity?

  • How many attorneys do I need?

  • What decisions can be made with an LPA?

  • How do I go about organising it?

  • How much does it cost?

There will plenty of time to ask any questions you may have at the event.

Expect a relaxed, welcomeing event! We are looking forward to meeting you.
